Is STOKiE free?+
Yes. STOKiE is free to download and use, supported by light ads. An optional one time upgrade, STOKiE Pro, removes ads and unlocks a few extras.
How do I set a wallpaper?+
Tap any wallpaper to open it, then tap Set and choose your home screen, lock screen or both. Live wallpapers have their own Set live wallpaper button.
Do live wallpapers drain my battery?+
Live wallpapers are built for smooth, battery friendly playback and pause when they are not on screen. If you prefer, every device also has thousands of static wallpapers.
How do I download in 4K?+
Open a wallpaper and tap download. Wallpapers are saved in full resolution with lossless quality where available. Gradients you make in Gradient Studio can be exported in 4K too.
Do I need an account?+
No. You can browse, download and set wallpapers without signing in. Signing in with Google is optional and only used to sync your favourites and downloads across your devices.
What is Auto wallpaper?+
Auto wallpaper rotates a fresh wallpaper on a schedule you choose, from every 15 minutes to once a day, pulled from your favourites or a brand you pick.
Can I edit a wallpaper before setting it?+
Yes. A built in editor lets you apply filters and adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, blur and RGB, or flip the image, so it fits your screen perfectly.
What languages does STOKiE support?+
STOKiE is available in 20 languages and follows your device language by default. You can change it any time from Settings.
How do I remove ads?+
Upgrade to STOKiE Pro, a one time purchase that removes ads and unlocks extras. You can find it on the You tab or in Settings.
Do you own the wallpapers?+
No. STOKiE curates publicly available wallpapers for personal use and does not claim ownership of any artwork. All rights remain with the respective creators. See our

I am an artist and want my work credited or removed. What do I do?+
How do I clear space used by the app?+
Open Settings and scroll to Storage, where you can see the current cache size and clear it with one tap. Your favourites and downloads are not affected.
How is my data handled?+
We keep data collection to a minimum. See our
privacy policy for exactly what is collected and how it is used.
