These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the STOKiE mobile app and related services. By downloading or using STOKiE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use STOKiE for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play terms.

2. Wallpaper content & copyright

STOKiE curates publicly available wallpapers so you can browse and set them on your own devices. We do not claim ownership of the artwork, and all rights remain with the respective creators.

Wallpapers are provided for personal use only. Do not resell or redistribute them or claim them as your own.
If you own the rights to a wallpaper and want it credited or removed, contact us via the copyright form and we will act promptly.

3. Accounts

Signing in is optional and uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You may request deletion of your STOKiE account and data at any time by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse STOKiE, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law permits, scrape content in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Ads and STOKiE Pro

STOKiE is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. An optional paid upgrade (“STOKiE Pro”) may remove ads and unlock extras. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google’s payment and refund terms.

6. Intellectual property

The STOKiE name, logo, app design and original features (such as Gradient Studio) are our property. You may not copy or use them without permission.

7. Disclaimers

STOKiE is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that any particular wallpaper will remain in the library.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STOKiE and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access to STOKiE if these Terms are breached. You may stop using STOKiE and uninstall it at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
